ADHD Blog Statistics – February 6–12, 2026

ADHD Blog Statistics – February 6–12, 2026 Show Something More Than Numbers

Read this post in Swedish ->Veckans rörelse – när orden hittar ut i världen

This post is not for me.
It is for you who are reading.

For you who click in.
For you who stay.
For you who may not comment – but are still here.

Because behind numbers, there are always people.

🌍 When the World Steps Into Everyday Life

During the last seven days, the blog has had:

Sweden: 330 views
USA: 251 views

Israel, Australia, Ireland, India, Finland, the United Kingdom, Germany, China…

That means something.

It means that texts written from a sofa with a laptop in my lap here in Sweden travel across oceans.
That everyday life, ADHD, presence and reflection are not local topics – they are human.

Apparently so human that someone in Virginia sits and reads several posts in a row.

For me, that feels big.
That someone far away is reading words I have written.

And maybe that is where my own ADHD journey meets hers.

All the years of trying to understand my energy, my shame, my medication, my overachievement and my exhaustion – what once felt like something I carried alone – suddenly becomes something we share.

It gives me the feeling that the words do something – both to me and to the person reading.
Maybe it makes her pain hurt a little less.
Maybe it makes her feel that we are two.

And sometimes, that is enough.

Yesterday, February 11, the USA passed Sweden in the daily statistics.

That is a milestone.

Not because it is a competition.
But because it shows that words carry.

📈 Nearly a Doubling in One Week

When I compare January 30–February 5 with February 6–12, I see a clear change.

Last week ended at around 313 views.
This week landed at around 614.

That is almost a doubling.

In this ADHD blog statistics summary, I clearly see how the theme has gathered strength.

It says something about direction.
About how the focus has become clearer.
About how ADHD posts and English versions are beginning to reach more readers.

It is not just more clicks.
It is a growing conversation.

The development between two weeks shows nearly doubled traffic when the ADHD theme became clearer and the English texts started gaining momentum.

📚 What You Read – And Why It Matters

Most read this week:

Everyday ADHD and Presence
Blog – everyday life, presence & neurodiversity
Living with ADHD when energy isn’t enough
Wednesday’s Library
Concerta – a more awake state
Safe circles in life
When words fall silent – on silence, compassion and still being whole
Could it be ADHD?
And the English version: Living with ADHD when energy isn’t enough

It is clear.

You are searching for:

Energy.
Understanding.
Medication and its consequences.
Compassion.
How to hold yourself together when everything feels thin.

These are not clickbait headlines.
They are life-close headlines.

And they are posts I do not always feel proud of.

Some are old. Some were written in the middle of something I did not fully understand at the time.

But when I read them today, I return directly to the feeling.

And maybe that is why they are read.
Not because they are perfect – but because they are real.

💬 Social Media – But Mostly Direct

The references show:

Facebook brings movement.
Threads moves a little.
LinkedIn is there.
Google is beginning to search.

But most traffic comes directly.

That means many of you:

Have saved the link.
Type in the address.
Come back.

That is relationship.

Relationship gives me warmth.

Can you have a relationship without knowing who the other person is?

Maybe.

But it is enough for me.

Inside me, the thought grows and I want to say:

Welcome here.

Whoever you are, you are welcome exactly as you are.

🖥️ An Unexpected Detail

Almost 90% read from a computer.

That says something about how you read here.

Not in a rush.
Not on a bus.
But sitting down.

That makes me careful.

Maybe you and I – you reading and I writing – are sitting with a cup of coffee or tea right now, sharing thoughts, even though the ocean is between us.

Or maybe you are, like I often am, sitting on the sofa with a laptop in your lap, thinking quietly.

And somehow, we meet there.

🧠 What Do ADHD Blog Statistics Really Say?

This ADHD blog statistics week shows that conversations about energy and presence are needed.

They do not say:
“Good job.”

They say:
There are people who recognize themselves.

They say:
ADHD is not a trend – it is a life.

They say:
Silence, compassion, medication, energy, presence – these are conversations that matter.

And they say something more.

Translating the texts into English was the right decision.

Even though I made the decision, I must give my husband credit for the English texts.
One summer day, when I was talking endlessly about malix.se and how many readers I had that week, he said:

“What happens if you write in English?”

I said no.
I don’t dare.
I can’t write English.

Says the woman who read a 600-page psychology book in English.

Now I do not write everything myself – AI helps me.
But the thoughts, the experience and the voice are mine.

And when Living with ADHD when energy isn’t enough is read in the USA – something happens.

Then I understand that words can cross both language and ocean.

The language became bigger, but the feeling is the same.

🌿 A Reflection for You Who Read

Maybe you are one of the numbers.

You are a number in the strict statistics –
but to me, you are a wonderful human being with feelings and thoughts, valuable exactly as you are.

Maybe you are one of those who read quietly.

That is okay.

My posts sometimes whisper – and they are still texts.
We are allowed to be quiet sometimes.
Sometimes silence is our best friend.

So I want to say:

You are not a number here.
You are a presence.

And if you have lived with low energy, self-criticism, medication questions, or simply tried to hold yourself together –
then you are already part of this room.

✨ A Thought to Carry With You

Statistics can easily become performance.

Here, they are allowed to be relationship.

That is the difference.

This ADHD blog statistics journey is not about performance – it is about connection.
