Heaven is here.
Not somewhere far away,
not when we’ve done everything right
or fought hard enough.
Heaven is here:
in the present moment,
in the body,
in nature’s rhythm
and in the love we carry within.

These are my reflections on God as pure love, on compassion-focused therapy, and how life itself might be the place we’re meant to find heaven — because heaven might already be here.
Heaven Is Here

Between mountains and sky — where thoughts and dreams meet in silence.
Who I am today doesn’t have to be who I am tomorrow.
Every time I learn something new about myself,
I find another key inward.
A new path that didn’t exist yesterday.
Yesterday, I listened to a man speaking slowly.
So slowly that I couldn’t run from his words.
I had to feel them.
He said:
We walk on earth waiting for heaven.
But what if heaven is already here?
What if NOW is the life that truly matters?
And something shifted in me.
Maybe life isn’t about collecting points to someday earn something better.
Maybe this is the something.
Right here. Right now.
We chase so much:
bigger, better, more —
as if every step will finally get us there.
But maybe we are running away from the very thing we want.
Everything real happens in this breath.
In the feeling moving through the body.
Not in the next achievement.
If God Is Pure Love — Then God Is Here
Another speaker said that maybe God doesn’t want us to sit in church every day.
Maybe God isn’t a building or a book.
Maybe God is life itself.
Maybe God is pure love — love without conditions.
The love that holds us when we fall.
The love that lives in us, even when we hide from it.
And then we must dare to ask:
Who am I today?
Who do I want to become?
Where do my values live — and am I living in them?
When I dare to stay in the moment,
I can hear the answers.
But I must dare to listen.
Red, Blue and Green — And How We Move Through Life

Compassion-focused therapy describes three systems in the body:
Red system — fight, flight, protection
Fear shouts louder than love.
The body calls: Protect yourself!
Blue system — the chase for relief & reward
We eat, shop, work, scroll —
just to feel better for a moment.
Green system — connection, love & belonging
Here lives compassion.
Here we know: I belong.
We need all three.
But we often get stuck in red or blue.
We run from discomfort instead of letting it speak:
“I’m scared.”
“I’m longing for something.”
“I need to belong.”
Theory of Mind helps us understand both our inner world
and each other’s.
That you too have a universe inside you.
There — compassion is born.
When I can see both you and me at the same time.

Heaven Is Here in Nature — But We Forgot

We are animals.
We are nature.
But we live as if we were built for eternal summer.
Nature does not force flowers in winter.
It rests so that it can bloom again.
It lets go when it’s time
and trusts the cycle.
Rest → Growth → Bloom → Maturity → Release → Rest again
But we rush past our own seasons
chasing more, faster, higher —
missing the flower blooming today,
the wind moving through the trees,
our own heartbeat.
We try to make reality shine with gold.
But the gold is inside us:
in what we give,
in how we love,
in knowing we belong to everything that lives.
Love is simple.
It asks for nothing.
When given — it grows.
Pure love.
The gods within us.
The light we already carry.
Heaven Is Not Something We Earn
When I dare to pause
I can feel where I am:
In red — then I can comfort myself
In blue — then I can ask what I’m really longing for
In green — then I protect the light within me
Somewhere in that shift —
God exists.
Light exists.
Pure love exists.
We need so little:
To eat.
To belong.
To be held.
To be included.
When we are born, our cry says:
See me. Love me. Don’t let go.
We continue asking the same thing throughout life
in grown-up ways.
And when the answer is yes —
when someone says:
You can stay here.
You already belong.
That’s when heaven happens.
In the stillness.
In the ordinary.
In what is true.
Heaven is already here.
In us.
In the love that asks for nothing back.

What this text really says
That I am life.
That I am allowed to exist.
That the love inside me is not a mistake.
That I don’t have to chase to deserve belonging.
And that heaven is already here
when I allow myself to feel it.

Closing Reflection – My Voice
Yesterday rests in history.
Tomorrow will come on its own.
But right now — this is where life happens.
This is where heaven is.
